SUPPLIES FOR RUSSIA
BRITAIN AND DOMINIONS new agreement signed (9.30 a.m.) LONDON, June 30. The Moscow radio says that tne new British-Soviet agreement was signed in Moscow last week under which Britain, undertakes to guarantee delivery, of military supplies to Russia and also other military help. Armaments produced in Britain oi the British Dominions will be delivered without payment. Britain also gives Russia a new credit ol £25,000,000. The agreement does not concern with financing the delivery of raw materials and general supplies to Russia which is regulated by the agreement of August 16, 1941. The new agreement records the wish of the Russian Government that any assistance by either side be carried out on the basis of reciprocity.
