CHINESE GUERRILLAS
ATTACKS ON JAPANESE (11.30 a.m.) CHUNGKING, April 19. The Central News reports that the stealthily-operating Chinese guerrillas are creating panic among the Japanese in occupied China. For example, on April 1 guerrillas at night time entered Anking, the capital of Anhwei province, killed six guards at Japanese headquarters and then, with grenades, and incendiary bombs) set fire to headquarters, creating pandemonium. They escaped unscathed.
