CRASH IN PLANTATION (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. When an aircraft of the Royal New Zealand Air Force crashed at at Eyrewell plantation, north-west of Christchurch, yesterday afternoon, an airman pilot under training, Leading Aircraftsman John Nevill Callan, received cuts and abrasions and was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital for X-ray examination. Tiie accident occurred during a solo training, flight. His next of kin is his father, Captain F; J. Callan, Bluff.
