MRS. ROOSEVELT'S VIEW (Reed. Dec. 2, 2.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Dec. 1. Mrs. Roosevelt, at a press conference, replying to a question, said that Christmas presents should include those traditionally dispensed by Santa Claus as well as practical things, despite the national emergency.
