STRIKE AVERTED
U.S. RAILWAY DISPUTE (Reed. Dec. 3, 10.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Dec. 2. President Roosevelt’s Fact Finding Board has announced a settlement of the railway dispute which had threatened a nation-wide strike on December 7. The terms will be announced 10-day after they have been submitted to President Roosevelt.
