AMERICAN CONTINGENT (Reed. Nov. 28, 9 a.m.) SHANGHAI, Nov. 27. The liner President Madison sailed with 350 United States marines aboard. It is learned that the navy is speeding up the departure of the remainder of the marines and the last units are to sail on Friday instead of Sunday.
