WHENUAPAI COMMAND
GROUP CAPTAIN BUCKLEY (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. Following his recent return from Britain, where he was in charge of a Bomber Command station of the Royal Air Force, Group Captain M. W. Buckley, M.8.E., has been appointed to command the Royal New Zealand Air Force station at Whenuapai in succession to WingCommander J. Seabrook, A.F.C., who is now officer commanding at Hobsonville.
