BOMB IN CONSULATE
(Reed. Nov. 27, 2 p.m.) HANOI, Nov. 26.
The Indo-China Government has apologised to the United States for the bombing of the American Consulate at Saigon. The authorities are doing their utmost to apprehend those responsible.
