SHIPS FOR BULGARIA 60 VESSELS HELD UP (Reed. Nov. 25, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 24. The German news agency announced that the Turkish Government had forbidden all Turkish ships to sail from Istanbul to Bulgarian ports. The ban operates immediately and also affects vessels under 150 tons, for which reason 60 Turkish motor and sailing boats laden with goods for Bulgarian ports are unable to sail.
