WAY OF LUFTWAFFE
SPAT AT COLONEL CUTTING BRITISH REBUKE (Reed. Nov. 25, 2.15 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 24. The correspondent of the Associated Press of Great* Britain with the Bth Army says that when an 18-year-old German fighter pilot was brought up for questioning, he spat in a British colonel’s face. The officer calmly wiped his face, and said: “I would be justified in shooting you and ought to do so to prevent you breeding more of your kind. The only reason Ido not is because you do not know: any better. It is lucky for you that you did that to me and not to one of my sergeants.”
