VICHY SUBMARINE SUPPLIES FOR DJIBOUTI (Reed. Nov. 25, 2 D.m.) LONDON, Nov. 24. The Vichy news agency, quoting the Paris newspaper Le Soil", says that a French submarine forced the British blockade and entered Djibouti harbour, French Somaliland, carrying supplies.
