WHEN U.S. ENTERS WAR (Reed. Nov. 25. 10 a.m.) HAVANA, Nov. 24. The Cuban President, General Batista, in a speech, predicted that the United States would be in the war by next spring. Hti added: “When the United States declares war Cuba will be the first nation to enter the war on her side.”
