OVERSEAS SERVICE
CANADIAN ARMY CHIEF DIVISIONAL COMMAND Rec. Nov. 25, 10.30 a.m. OTTAWA, Nov. 24. Lieutenant-General H. D. G. Crerar, Canadian Chief of the General Staff, has voluntarily reverted to the rank of major-general in, order to enter active service. He will command the second division overseas. MajorGeneral Kenneth Stuart is succeeding Major-General Crerar.
