TAX ON EARNINGS
BACHELORS IN RUSSIA CHILDLESS COUPLES (Reed. Nov. 25, 10.20 a.m.) MOSCOW, Nov. 24. The Moscow radio announced that a special tax will be imposed on bachelors and childless couples from December 3. Men between 20 and 50 and women between 20 and 45 will pay 5 per cent on all earnings. Soldiers, students and pensioners will be exempt.
