An official communique states:— “Enemy aircraft dropped a few bombs in the south-west of England and south Wales early on Friday night. Little damage was done, but at one place a small rtumber of casualties has been reported. In the early part of last night enemy aircraft dropped a few bombs in coastal places in the south and south-west of England, causing neither casualties nor damage.”
