TOTAL OF £2,727,772
WAR EXPENSES FUND (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Minister of Finance, the Hon. W. Nash, announced to-day that the war expenses fund to date totalled £2,727,772. Included in the latest amounts received are the following:—Mr. F. H. Shipley, Christchurch, £SOO, for the duration of the war; Mr. E. T. Barber. Morven, £SOO, for the duration and 12 months; Mr. W. H. McKenzie, Otorohanga, £SOO, for the duration; Mr. P. G. Nops, Inglewood, £SOO, for the duration and six months.
