DELIVERY OF FRANCE FUTURE PREPARATIONS (Reed. Nov. 22, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 21. Immediately after comments on the British attack in Libya, the British Broadcasting Corporation, broadcasting to the French people, warned them to be ready “for the hour of invasion by the Allies." The announcer said: “We appeal to all Frenchmen and French women and even children to be prepared for an Allied disembarkation ' on the Continent, which may come one day and decide how you can best help the invading, armies.’’
