PURCHASE BY BRAZIL
TIED-UP ITALIAN SHIPS (Reed. Nov. 21, 9 a.m.) RIO DE JANEIRO, Nov. 19. The Brazil Marine Commission has agreed to the terms of purchase from Italy of four ships which are held up in Brazil ports. Payments willf be made in raw materials after the war. The ships will be used between the United States and Brazil.
