MOVING NAZI UNITS PROMPT USE OF LOOT (Reed. Nov. 21, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 20. The Istanbul correspondent of The Times says that an interesting feature of the equipment of the German armies in Russia is the presence of mobile oil refineries which follow the advancing forces witli the object ot refining on the spot whatever stocks of oil they may capture for immediate use by the advanced motorised units and aircraft. This tends to confirm reports both of an oil shortage in Germany and the great difficulties in communications confronting the German forces.
