U.S. DELAYS DECISION
FOOD FOR FRANCE (Reed. Nov. 20, 3 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Nov. 19. The United States has decided tc withhold a decision on the French request for food pending clarification of the report of General Weygand’s dismissal as delegate-general and supreme commander of the French forces in North Africa.
