DESIGNS OF GERMANS LOSS OF INDEPENDENCE (Reed. Nov. 20, noon;) LONDON, Nov. 19. According to a Dutch correspondent of The Times, Seyss Inquart has declared there is no 'place for an independent Netherlands under Germany’s new European order. Inquart declared that Hitler wanted to absorb the Dutch as “comrades” with equal spiritual and cultural rights, as the Dutch belonged to the same race as the Germans, “but unfortunately they have hot developed the same way. This -fault must be corrected/’
