Season's Meat Killings
Following the clarification of the. export position for fat stock, it is expected that the freezing works will be busy during the early part of the, season. This appears to be borne out in Gisborne by the large bookings for killing dates at the Kaiti freezing works, which are' to commence the now season’s operations on Friday, November 14. It was originally thought that killing would be begun on Monday, but it was decided during the week to defer the start of operations until after the Show. All the stock offering is being accepted.
