PREMIER AS COLONEL
QUEEN'S OWN HUSSARS (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 2 p.m. RUGBY, Oct. 31. The Prime Minister, Mr. Winston Churchill, who is already honorary colonel of the Royal Artillery (Territorial Army) has been appointed colonel of the Fourth Queen’s Own Hussars, in succession to MajorGenferal Sir Reginald Barnes.
