EIRE STOCK LOSSES
FOOT-&-MOUTH DISEASES (Reed. Nov. 1, 10 a.m.) DUBLIN, Oct. 31. The Eire Minister of Agriculture, Mr. J. Ryan, announced that there been been 550 outbreaks of foot-and-mouth disease. During this year's epidemic 28,000 cattle ana 10,000 sheeep had been slaughtered, at a total cost of £584,000.
