RAIL TRAFFIC CUT
GERMAN ARMY’S NEEDS SMALL COAL RESERVES (Reed. Nov. 1, 10.30 a.m.) ZURICH, Oct. 31. The Berlin correspondent of the Neuzurcher Zeitung states that further severe cuts have been made in the normal traffic on the German railways because of military demands and the low coal reserves. Civilians have been forbidden to use the railways unless for urgent business reasons. The ■restrictions are now as 'great as th§, last war.
