SOVIET GREETINGS
ANNIVERSARY MESSAGES PEOPLES OF WORLD (Reed. Nov. 1, 10 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 31. On the occasion of the twentyfourth anniversary of the Russian revolution the Moscow radio broadcast greetings to the British Army and Navy and the Royal Air Force, and to the people. Greetings were also broadcast to free and oppressed peoples. The message to the inhabitants of Russian territory now in German hands read: “Hold out! We shall be back soon.” The message to other Russians was: “All for the front! Blood for blood; death for death!”
