MEXICAN RAILWAY
LONDON, Aug. 17. The Mexican Government has decided to expedite the construction of a railway across the isthmus in southern Mexico, thus connecting the Atlantic with the Pacific. In effect, the railway will run parallel to Ihe Panama Canal.
