LEGS LOST IN RAID
REPORT ABOUT GOERING R.A.F. ATTACK SEQUEL (Reed. Aug. 19, 2 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 18. Europe during the past two months has been flooded with stories about Reichmarshal Goering. Probably the most curious one to reach London, is that Reichmarshal Goering is reported to have lost both legs when the Royal Air Force recently attacked a German aerodrome. British officers, who arrived at Cairo after their release under the Syrian armistice, declared that they heart, the report from various and different places when returning across Europe from France.
