AMERICA AND EMPIRE (Reed. Aug. 19, 10 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 18. The stage and film actress, Miss Gracie Fields, has departed by air on the first stage of her American and Empire tour, including Australia and New Zealand. The proceeds will be devoted to the patriotic funds.
