WAR CASUALTIES

DOMINION FORCES DEATH OF TWO MEN FOURTEEN PRISONER (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The latest list of New Zealand Expeditionary Force casualties contains the names of two soldiers who died of sickness and 14 prisoners of war. The list is as follows, the rank being that of private unless otherwise specified and the addresses those of the next-of-kin: DIED OF SICKNESS Galbraith, Spr. Henry, Christchurch. Smith, Gnr. Neville John W„ Wellington. PRISONERS OF WAR The International Red Cross, Geneva, advises the following soldiers are prisoners of war in Greece—previously reported wounded and missing:— 6 Blue, Spr. James Alexander, Auckland. Haines, Edward Frank George, Hamilton. Haydoii, Edward Reginald, Palmerston N. Hogan, Sidney John, Auckland. Levy, Aubrey Dexter, Wellington. O’Shaughnessy. James, Marton. Robson, Henry, Pukepoto. Scceombe, W.O. Garth Turon, Upper Hutt. MISSING Murphy, Matthew Theodore, Napier. PRISONERS OF WAR AND JVOUNDED The International Red Cross, Geneva, advises that the following soldiers are prisoners of war in Greece and wounded—previously reported missing:— Ferguson, David Laurie, Gore. Mane, T/Sgt. Whiti. Hastings.. Mitchell, Dvr. Robert Henry. Wellington. Waha, L/Cpl. John, Kerikeri. PRISONERS OF WAR The International Red Cross, Geneva, advises that the following are prisoners of war in Yugoslavia—previously reported missing: Brickall, Alan Warner, Carterton. Wallis, Jack, Masterton. PREVIOUSLY REPORTED MISSINGNOW REPORTED NOT MISSING Coles. Lawrence Walter, Wellington. Longworth, George Henry, Wellington. Mrs. V. Fuller, Russell street, has received advice from Base Records, N.Z. Military Forces, that her husband, who has been reported a prisoner of war in the hands of the Germans, is a patient in a hospital in Greece. The report does not indicate his condition of health. Signalman Fuller was formerly employed by the Public Works Department at Tikiwhata.
