DUKE OF KENTS TOUR (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 2 p.m. RUGBY. Aug. 17. The cheers of hundreds of citizens greeted the Duke of Kent at Winnipeg on Saturday as he rode in an open ear through the city streets to visit Defence Industries, Limited, a huge war supply plant outside the etty.
