BERLIN AND MOSCOW (Reed. Aug. 18, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 10. The Moscow radio announced that Soviet bombers raided Berlin and Stettin on Friday night. Many explosions were followed by fin.-s in botn cities. All of the Russian planes returned. A Russian communique of yesterday stated that a small group of German aircraft attempted to raid Moscow on Friday night. The enemy aircraft were scattered by anti-aircraft fire and night fighters. They were prevented from reaching the city.
