SECRET PRODUCTION
NEW PLANE PREDICTOR SENSITIVE AND ACCURATE (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 10 a.m. RUGBY, Aug. 17. For 10 months men and women have been working at a secret factory without knowing what they are making, beyond its designation “SGA.” Yesterday they learnt what the letters SGA really meant. They are the name of predictor equipment of extraordinary sensitivity and accuracy. At the lunch break yesterday a light anti-aircraft mobile detachment arrived at the factory to demonstrate the working of the Bofors gun and the predictor which operatives have been helping to construct.
