The Nazi authorities in Norway are stated by the Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet to be extremely concerned about the food supply. The deterioration of,the position has caused anxiety and. unrest, and it is believed that the declaration of a state of emergency is partly due to the unsatisfactory food .situation.
