MEAT, POTATOES, FISH. - LONDON, Aug. 11. A serious food situation has developed in several Norwegian districts, according to messages reaching Oslo and quoted in London. In several districts there has been no meat at all since last autumn. Potatoes are lacking in some places, and even in coastal districts fish cannot be bought.
