MANCHUKUO BAN
ENTRY BY FOREIGNERS (Reed. Aug. 16, 11 a.m.) CHUNGKING, Aug. 15. The Chinese War Office spokesman said to-day that Japan would restrict the entrance of foreigners into Manchukuo starting on Monday. The implied object was to prevent a leakage of military information. Reports from Tokio state that it is confirmed that Manchukuo and Soviet border clashes are continuing, but are fewer. It is expected that, the border demarcation will be completed soon, signifying good relations between Japan and Russia.
