HEADS OF SERVICES PROBLEMS OF SUPPLY (British Official Wireleas.) Reed. noon. RUGBY, Aug. 15. It is now revealed that President Roosevelt and Mr. Winston Churchill met aboard H.M.S. Prince of Wales af sea on Sunday, last. There were also present Admiral Sir Dudley Pound, General Sir John Dill, Air Marshal Sir Wilfrid Freeman, Vice-Chief of the Air Staff. The American representatives were Admiral Stark, Admiral King, the commander in chief of the Atlantic Fleet, General Marshall, the Chief of Staff of the United States Army, Mr. Harry Hopkins and Mr. Verill Marriman. It is assumed that the naval position in the Atlantic and the security of supplies from America to Britain were among the first, if not the first, items on the agenda of the conference.
