JAPS. FROM SYDNEY (Reed. Aug. 13, 9 a.m.) SYDNEY, Aug. 12. It is expected that the Japanese ship Kasima Maru will leave Sydney for Japan direct on Thursday with a full complement of passengers, mainly Japanese business men returning to their homeland.
