FEW HOURS’ LIBERTY
PRISONER RECAPTURED (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Only a few hours! liberty was enjoyed by a prisoner who escaped from the Wi Tako institution on Thursday. The prisoner, one of a working party, disappeared into the scrub near which the party was located at about 10.30 a.m., but was recaptured about 5 p.m. within a mile of the institution.
