ARCTIC SEA ROUTE
AMERICA TO RUSSIA BAN MAY BE LIFTED (Reed. Aug. 9,2 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Aug. 8. It is authoritatively stated that the question of lifting the ban on the United States \ ships entering Waters around the northernmost tip of Scandinavia was under discussion, as a means of gettihg American war supplies to Russia quickly.
