FIRST AID EXAM
15 PATUTAHI PASSES A first-aid examination conducted by the St. John Ambulance Association for girls who have been training in the Patutahi district was held early in July. Fifteen girls passed. Passes were granted to the following: Misses Isabel'' s Scott A"en. Helen Bryson. Bimve. Ada Eade, Marion Peel, Agnes Fanny Stevens, Barbara Waddell, J. Eileen Simpson, E’leen Mary Butler, Myra Burgess, Cecily Doherty, May Hogan, Myra Ralsten Robb, Ailsa Simpson and Kathleen Libline. A preliminary first-aid examination was held for Gisborne boys, there being three successful candidates, Cyril Dunstan, Thomas Hill and Sydney Hooper.
