WELLINGTON, this day.
The New Zealand' Stock Exchange Association has received cabled advice that the directors of Goldsbrough, Mort Limited announce, subject to audit* of the accounts for the year ended March 31, that they propose to recommend payment of a final dividend of 5 per cent, payable in Melbourne, which, with interim dividend of 2 per cent paid in December last, will make the total distribution 7 per cent for the year, compared with (>} per cent last year.
