FIVE MINUTES’ BREAK
WELLINGTON SUPPLY (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. An unusual electrical fault developed in Wellington about 7.10 o'clock last night. The lights flickered on and off continuously, for nearly five minutes and the trams and lifts were out of action for half an Hour.
