Store sheep at the Momnsvi le sale ou Friday sold Well, a small yarding of lata maintaining recent rates. Breeding ewes, ol moderate qynUty, wqi;e not keenly houkm* fceef and .bonce cattle, in short aunyly, met goo<l' competition, which remained steady throughout the sale. Boner cows showed an advance on late rates, and fat pigs, mostly in the porker class, were keenly sought. Light fat 'wethers 24s fid, fat lambs 19s to 255, and hi liable sorts J7s to Iks Sd, represented the range, for fat sheep. Two-tooth store wethers sold to 20s, six-tooth and fours year breeding ewes to 24a (id, and aged breeding* ewes to 12s. Prime heavy Snoithorn heifers went to 49 15s, forward Hereford and Friesiqu bullocks to £lO. heavy lat P.A. and Hereford cows to £8 7s fid. prime Jersey heifers to £6, and heavy tat Jersey, cows to £fi 10s. . ... ~, Jersey heifer. calves sold 'to £o, with small lots to £2 15s. Good Shorthorn steer calves made to’ £3. A line of Jersey bulls sold fropi £k ss'to XH J.sa. Light baconers sold from £3 us to £l, Its, porkers from £2. to £3, choppers to £5 2s. good young breeding sows to £4 Ins. and large stores to 2ns.
