BIRTHDAY TOURNAMENTS PLAY IN QISBORNE There was an excellent selection of sport offered to those who were free to enjoy the King’s Birthday holiday to-day. The weather was all that could be desired, and hockey, basketball and soccer enhusiasts took full advantage of it this morning, when tournaments were commenced. Tournament play was taken to the final stages this morning in the games being conducted by the Poverty Bay Golf Club. Conditions were excellent.
