Blackburn, formerly of Gisborne, have received cabled advice, dated May 31, of his safety. Pte. A. P. M. Crothers, who was reported in Saturday's casualty list to be missing, is now missing, believed killed, according to official advice received by his relatives in Gisborne. His mother, Mrs. C. Crothers, deLautour road, passed away a week ago. The late Pte. Crothers was formerly employed by W. Findlay, Limited.
