ARREST IN NEW YORK
HIGH RANKING NAZI FALSE ENTRY CHARGE (Reed. May 31, 10.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON, May 30.
The Attorney-General, Mr. R. H. .fackson, announced that a high ranking Nazi Party member, Herr Kurt Reith, has been arrested in New York and taken to Ellis Island pending deportation proceedings. He is charged with giving a false explanalion of his entry into the United States.
