GERMAN TROOPS RUMANIAN CAPITAL SOFIA PHONES CUT BULGARIAN INTENTIONS? (Klee. Tol. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Rccd. March 1,2 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 28. _ The Belgrade correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain states that the mass movement of German uniformed troops is reported from Bucharest, where all the main street is reserved for the army. The Sofia correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain says that all international and internal telephones from Sofia were cut off on Thursday night to Friday night, when a single line to Belgrade was reopened The Vienna correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain states that Bulgarian statesman are reported to be arriving in Vienna tomorrow to sign adherence to the tripartite pact.-
