DETERMINED AIM (Reed. March 1, noon.) , NEW YORK, Feb. 28. The Tokio correspondent of the New York Times says that the Japanese Foreign Minister, Mr. Yosuke Matsuoka, is takihg personal charge of the negotiations in the Thailand dispute and is determined to achieve success. Therefore there is- no question of his leaving Tokio at present. The correspondent is of the opinion that the next few days in the Indochina - Thailand dispute are expected to make the immediate outlook somewhat clearer and possibly more steady.
