ITALY BILLS SPAIN
OUTLAY IN CIVIL WAR (Reed. March 1, 9 a.m.) ROME, Feb. 28. The Stefani agency says that Italy has presented Spain with a bill for £61,000,000 for Italy’s expenditure in the Spanish civil war, in which Italy spept £83,000,000. Payment will be spread over 24 years. '
